Glen Huff has been building and remodeling homes in Atlanta for over 12 years. In 2004 Glen started Glen Huff Homes & Glen Huff Remodeling.  Glen founded the business on one of his personal core values, integrity.

In October of 2005 Glen started his first homes in Wheatfields Reserve, a swim/tennis community in Grayson, Georgia, and launched Glen Huff Remodeling. Glen Huff Homes built 15 homes their first year, and welcomed their first home owner in 2006. That same year Glen Huff Remodeling completed its first renovation project and has since gone on to complete many other projects for many satisfied customers.

In 2006 Glen Huff Homes entered the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Associations 26th annual “OBIE AWARDS”, named for its obelisk shape, formerly known as the “Professionalism Awards”. The “Sales and Marketing Council” of Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association awards the OBIE’s each November to its membership. Awards are presented within multiple categories by price range and the number of homes the builder constructs annually. There are categories for marketing, remodeling, amenities and personal achievement. Glen entered his Vanderbuilt model located in Wheatfields Reserve in the price range of $320,000-$369,900 for builders who build 1-30 homes per year.  Glen won first place taking home a Gold OBIE for his entry. In 2007, Glen entered a modified version of the Vanderbuilt model located in Wheatfields Reserve in the same category and won first place again. The OBIE awards are the highest honors given within the Atlanta housing industry, and designate Glen Huff Homes as an industry leader in the areas of design and quality.

In 2007, Glen Huff Homes expanded its home building operations into two additional communities, Ashbury Park from the low $400‘s and Hidden Falls from the high $500‘s. Both communities are located in north Gwinnett County.

Glen Huff Homes believes it is extremely important to be responsible members of the community. This is why Glen Huff Homes donates time and resources to multiple projects within the communities in which they work and live.
