Because we are also a builder of single family homes we are able to leverage our purchasing power for your remodeling needs in a way the typical remodeling contractor cannot. In addition we use a progressive payment schedule, which means we never ask you for large down payments. You only pay agreed upon percentages, based upon completed work. Getting Started
1. Contact Glen Huff Remodeling to schedule an appointment for us to come to your home and discuss your ideas and needs.
2. You will meet with one of our dedicated “Project Managers” who will assist you in putting your ideas into a rough outline.
3. Glen Huff Remodeling will produce the detailed working drawings for your project as well as a list of specifications and finishes based on your in-home appointment.
4. Glen Huff Remodeling will present to you a custom tailored proposal to include working drawings, specifications, construction schedule, payment schedule and terms, and our complete “12 Month Warranty".
5. Upon acceptance of our contract you will only be required to make a 2-5% commitment payment depending on the size and scope of your project. We will never ask you to pay us in advance for services we have not completed. And should you want to finance the improvements of your home we have several loan programs we can provide to you. Please see our “Online Financing” section for more details. Below is our standard basement finish payment schedule.

5%-Due at contract
58%-Due at drywall completion
35%-Due at carpet installation
2%-Paid at completion of contract

6. Once construction has begun you will attend your design appointment to select all of your design options and colors. Your appointment will take place at our 8,000 square foot “Design Center” with one of our professional interior/ exterior designers.
7. As construction progresses, depending on the type of renovation or improvement, you will meet with our “Project Manager” at predetermined formal appointments. In addition your “Project Manager” will be available daily throughout the process to provide you with unparalleled service from start to finish.
